Visited kidnap yesterday for the very first time and was amazed by how many things there were!! Everyone smiled and nothing was a hassle!! The best environment � can't wait for many more visits ��

The staff, service and quality of the items on sale in Kidnap are exceptional, however what really stands out is the personal touch that Deborah, Sarah and the team add every time we visit. The surprise arrival of our little boy (not little girl!!) meant a few extra last minute runs to shop and the team were always more than happy to support us- albeit there were a good few giggles along the way with the unexpected turn of events � I will continue to order all of my substantial baby items from Kidnap and would urge any expectant Mums out there to pop in and introduce yourself �

The owner couldn't do more to help us. Ordered a cot bumper set in for urgent, arrived the next day. Excellent service all round and make to feel very welcome by very knowledgeable staff.

My husband and I came into kidnap after our 12 week scan to look at prams and get some info. The girl was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and answered all our silly questions. We then ordered the pram after our 20 week scan and the lady again was very helpful. Items price matched so encouraged to shop locally with friendly faces. Thanks very much, we will continue to shop at kidnap �

Could not recommend this shop enough. I bought my babys next car chair here with the help of Sarah who was great, she demonstrated in the store how all the seats worked, even letting us strap my daughter in to see how she fitted in them. We got down to a choice of three then sarah tried them all in my car to check the fit. The service we received was A***** and nothing was too much trouble. We left with our new car seat that day and confident we had the best one for our daughter. Thank you very much and look forward to returning to your store soon xx

I knew right away when I was expecting another baby I’d be coming back to this store, wouldn’t take my business elsewhere � Lovely little shop � XX

Awesome help today!! Nipped in to collect something we had reserved and paid for over the phone while we were snowed in! Everyone so happy to help got some beautiful name bunting for my little girls room and great help because I’m fussy and didn’t want the same pattern next to each other we got there in the end and it’s stunning. Then I was showed your brand new pram by another lovely lady! Got to try my little one in it and showed all the features even though it was literally just taken out the box!! My son had a blast playing around the shop and didn’t want to leave ( sorry if he caused havoc!!) don’t blame him though you guys are so lovely in there!! Thanks for another great shop in your place!! Always so happy and welcoming! �

Took time to go over every part of it so it was less scary. When picking it up last week they went over it all again to refresh my memory. Would defiantly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely first class service and so helpful when looking for a new seat for my 3 month old. Always go above and beyond. Also helped fit both seat into car and helped lift other items to the car. Can recommend kidnap enough.
