We love this, snoozing makes us happy π #osteopathyforhealth
Good nutrition is important, but so is taste. This Banana "icecream" delivers on both π Recipe: Take 3 ripe bananas and freeze in chunks. Once frozen blend in a food processor until smooth, this takes a little time and patience, use a little soya or nut milk to help it to blend if necessary. Add 2 heaped table spoons of cacao powder and blend.... Place in a freezer proof container and freeze for at least two hours. Top with flaked almond, or any healthy crunchy topping ππ¨π§‘

I'm so pleased that science is now proving the body to be a self healing, self regulating mechanism. Nothing is done by the organism that is not for our good. Sometimes environmental factors may make it ill or disrupt its abilities to self heal. but it is always, always doing the very best it can for us. Love your body vehicle. Look after it, feed it good quality food, give it some exercise and enough time to sleep and heal, and it will keep working the very best it can for you ππ§‘β€
Scales are for Fish! At Back in Balance we aim to help our Personal Training clients to reach their goals through strength training and building lean muscle. Having good muscle tone means we burns more calories "all the time" even when we are sitting still. By building strength and muscle we tone up, slim down, increase our metabolism and gain energy. We also improve our ability to carry out normal daily tasks. If you are looking to smash your goals in 2019, and you're prepared to bring yourself, and your A game, then why not give us a call on 01309694824

A fantastic little video showcasing the careers available in the Health and Social Care sector in Moray. I had a lot of fun participating in this. The young people involved in putting this together where very professional and it was lovely to see their talent and enthusiasm in making this film π
A funny reminder of an important health check we should all be doing - men too! www.breastcancer.org/symptoms/testing/typ es/self_exam (That collies face thoughπππ)
Why we suggest you seriously consider taking a nap in the middle of the day: It is evident that humans are taller in the morning when they wake up than later during the day. This is thought to be due to gravity compressing on the vertebral discs in our backs, and other areas of cartilage, as we stand up or sit down during the day. While we are laying down in resting positions, the discs are thought to βrehydrateβ and thus decompress the spine, hence the person is taller after...
