The Space

Nestled in a quiet country village near the charming town of Dingwall, these traditional Scottish cottages are situated on the edge of a thriving Highland estate extending to 20, 000 acres and including farmland, forestry, hill, shooting, fishing and most recently alternative energy enterprises. The owner will unpack and put away guests pre-ordered online shopping prior to arrival on request.

The Highlands & Islands is home to golden beaches, picturesque coastal villages and majestic sites, is the perfect destination in which to unwind and relax whatever time of year you choose to visit. The unblemished beaches including Dornoch and Portmahomack are just a couple worthy of a visit and are perfect for water-based activities such as kayaking, surfing or coasteering.

Lots of welcoming touches have been added to provide guests with an unforgettable holiday experience.

For an interesting day out, take a trip to Inverness and indulge in one of the numerous cafés, gift shops or many restaurants tucked away in its historic walls.

A trip to the Badarroch Cottage would not be complete without taking a boat ride across to the Orkney Islands or drive over the western isles. For family time together, visit Black Isle Zoo, Castles, Lochs and wildlife.

When booking Badarroch Cottage, you agree to keep the property and all fitments, furniture, equipment and other contents in or on the property in the like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday let.

You will make good any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of the holiday let. The property and all fitments, furniture, utilities and equipment must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the conclusion of the period of the holiday let.

To book Badarroch Cottage you must be 18 years of age or older.

The booking must be for holiday or professional purposes only.

Only those mentioned in the booking form are permitted to sleep in the property.
