The theme of the festival is 'breadπ and rosesπΉ'...alluding to the memorable phrase, coined by Rose Schneiderman, which became so strongly associated with both the Women's and Labour movements of the early 20th century:

I had 2 bags full of wonderful loaves ,all different sent as a present from someone ,what a lovely idea and what a wonderful product.The bread is absolutely delicious and so wonderful that a local business delivered it to me.
I even love the idea of this. It is impossible to buy real bread anywhere nowadays, let alone created by a master baker. I really cannot wait to try something or possibly even everything ;) from Baikhous
His bread is awesome!! I told him about my memories of German bread which I was used to eat back home. He created a bread for me that was full of flavour and so satisfying such as our traditional "Mischbrot". Thank you Michael!
