Judith helped me get near full recovery of a broken wrist. I can't say it was always pleasant but it was very effective! Lovely locations and fabulous staff.

Steve and the Team at Balanced were fantastic, very friendly, experienced, and certainly knowledgeable. My knee issue was diagnosed quickly and the time was taken to explain exactly what was wrong and what exercises would lead to a quick recovery. Within a couple of sessions and a lot of encouragement, I am once again out on the course enjoying my golf. Balanced at Barnton, worth every penny!

Saw Steve for a Sports Massage. Great guy, very knowledgable and friendly. Will definitely be returning for Physio/Massage again in the future. Easy parking too!
