Balbinny comprises of five new build luxury self catering holiday homes. The development features an indoor glass fronted swimming pool, spa, gym, treatment room, tennis court along with miles of countryside pathways. All set within the stunning Angus countryside, looking onto the Angus glens.

Wonderful retreat away from it all, fab views!
We have just enjoyed a fantastic week at Balbinny. We stayed in one of the brochs and it was excellent. Balbinny has everything you could ever need - swimming and tennis and for the kids and a lovely spa for adults! Also stunning views from our property. Would highly recommend.
This place is amazing, so peaceful yet loads to do. A beautiful indoor pool, tennis, treatments, gym, feeding highland cows and staying in beautiful houses with the most amazing views of the rolling hills. They have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and luxurious. We will definitely be back!
Just returned from a 5 night stay with my wife and two year old daughter . Absolutely first class , first visit but will definitely be back a again.
We stayed in Lethnot Broch, great facilities , amazing views and of course we can’t forget the Highland Cows all around you.
Swimming pool and jacuzzi great, spa treatments also first class.
Lots of places nearby to visit and good places to dine out as well.
Just home from a wonderful Christmas break here! Balbinny is just beautiful, every little thing about it is just perfect! We did not want to leave � Cannot recommend this place enough!!! Cannot wait to stay here again for next Christmas! Miss waking up to the amazing view �

Just home from a really fantastic weekend at Balbinny, staying in Clova. The house was absolutely stunning and the pool was amazing! Such a lovely place...we're already trying to work out when we can return! :-)
Just had a lovely 4 night break here, staying in Clova. The place was immaculate, well maintained, comfortable and set up. Loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which I had to myself. Might try a broch next time. A great place to visit and recharge batteries, would recommend to anyone needing a break. Thanks
Just back from an amazing stay at Balbinny for my husband's 40th birthday. We had two apartments. The owners really have thought of everything. Lots of lovely touches including a welcome basket of wine, coffee, crisps, biscuits etc., Scottish soaps, shampoo etc., white bathrobes.
There is a BBQ area, football goal, a tennis court, a gym with state of the art equipment & table tennis, a spa, swimming pool with jacuzzi. There was even a small fridge in the leisure area which was stocked with water, juice, beer, wine. You can help yourself and put money in the honesty box.
The views are amazing. The apartment balconies have heaters so you can sit out at night with a nice glass of wine. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to family and friends for a nice Scottish break. You'll love it. We'll be back!
Had the most incredible weekend break in such beautiful surroundings. Genuinely could not find fault in our stay if I tried. Accommodation, facilities, surroundings and service from booking right through to the end of our stay were fantastic. Already looking forward to our next visit! Cannot recommend highly enough.
Great place; usually I want to be out on day trips etc on holiday... but apart from walking the dog and a trip to Forfar for the traditional bridies, we've not left Balbinny. A fantastic chilled holiday.
Excellent facilities, high quality accommodation with great views, bi-folds and heated balconies. Great pool and tennis court with ball machine available to hire. Interesting Pictish stones nearby. Okay gym, cardiovascular, no weights, table tennis. If you are Smartphone obsessed, mobile signal indoors and broadband is patchy as you would expect in a rural location.
Enjoying our Christmas stay! Love the layout of lethnot and the near 360 degree views of the surrounding landscape. Pool is very clean and warm with spectacular views. Great having Sonos sound system to play Christmas songs! High quality finish / furniture throughout makes for a very luxurious and comfortable stay - thank you!
