I have to say a massive thank you to all the Balbirnie fitness staff, especially Caroline, Allanah, And Sam for supporting me in my superb weigh loss of 4 stones. Couldn't have done it without you guys . Its not the end......i will be continuing to increase my fitness levels and loose a few more pounds. I WONT be going back !!!! The future is going forward !! Thanks again guys......YOU ROCK !! Would highly recommend Balbirnie Fitness ....

Having trained at Balbirnie Fitness Centre man and boy for over 25 years the gym has grown from strength to strength in this time. Fantastic facility with a great atmosphere. Everybody always makes you feel welcome, there are no strangers only friends who have never met!

Great team of open minded people. No matter what level you are at the support remains the same and you are not judged by how you preform or how you look (which is just as well for me :)).

Fabulous gym cannot recommend it highly enough. Has everything you could possibly want in a gym. Excellent equipment, great classes, friendly staff.

Fab gym, fab& friendly staff each and everyone of them! Motivational, something for everybody. Great value for money as you can attend as many classes as you wish or workout in the gym !!! Get going !

Excellent gym with really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of different classes available to suit all needs / levels and plenty of weights equipment for those looking to build muscle. You're made to feel as much a friend as a member here, highly recommended.

Amazing gym. Still on the chubby side though. That’s the kebab shops fault. Not the gyms��

After being back at this gym for good few months now definitely best around great staff and loads of equipment would recommend anyone looking to join a gym to look no further:)

I've been training here for 25 years now and have seen lots of changes over the years. It's all good. You need to look after your health. If you havnt got that then you havnt got anything.
