Sorry for late review!!! Just wanted to say a big thank you Amy for Skye's haircut. We were absolutely delighted with it and lots of people have noticed how good a cut it was. So pleased to have found Amy. She is so patient with my nervous Tibetan Terrier and the one to one environment is perfect for her. 6-weekly groomers appointments used to be nightmarish for both of us but now don't fill me with dread. 5 star service. Thanks so much Amy 😄

Mr G has been going to Balfour for some time and all I can say is it is fantastic! Amy does such a great job of making my little fur baby look very dapper and he always comes out smelling delicious and looking smart! Would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a good job done!

I have a big bouncy chocolate lab who looked and smelt amazing after going to see Amy! I would definitely recommend this service to friends and family. I was really nervous about leaving Kodah as he is a clingy dog but he was absolutely fine, on his best behaviour. We will definitely be going back �

Deno has just returned looking absolutely gorgeous. Amy has such a great manner both with the dogs and their owners.

Chloe, a golden retriever went in with many matted bits as she loves getting down and dirty in big muddy puddles and came out looking great and smelled wonderful. Great job.

Amy is brilliant with my doggy. She has been to other groomers and didn't settle at all, so glad I found Amy, she is so patient and does a great job!!!
