They always have a decent selection on their website, and I found a solid Vitara. The guys were helpful and sorted out a couple of small issues no problem.

Bought a car almost 4 months ago, car had a small issue after purchased to which was no fault of there own and was changed same day under warranty. Cannot express how friendly and approachable these gentlemen are. Came back this week for a second car for my partner! Would recommend. A+

Paid a deposit for a car over the phone. I was told the car was mechanically solid "a great runner". I told him I was coming down from inverness (6 hour round trip). The car was thick with rust over the running gear, the bushes were all perished. Took it for a test drive and it was all over the road! Went a mile up the road, the clutch was non existent! And the engine started knocking on the way back! Definitely not a solid car. A wasted day looking for a car because he lied over the phone, from the moment I spoke to him on the phone I felt he had a fair bit of attitude then when I met him he carried this on....w*nk*er!

What kind of car sales place would allow half the cars in the forecourt to sit there with flat tyres!

Really glad I walked away....avoid this place if you can!

High pressure sales tactics (will forever kick myself for not just walking away), car with absolutely nothing minor on its MOT that had brakes metal-to-metal within 100 miles of leaving the forecourt and shortly thereafter had a tyre burst from a bubble on the inside sidewall of the tyre. In 19 months of ownership the longest I went without a garage visit was 8 weeks.

Treat any MOT from this place as highly suspect, better yet just avoid.

Great staff really friendly and helpful keep you right every step of the way. A few issues with my Peugeot but Paul and the boys more than happy to fix them immediately and get my wee sports car as new. I would recommend this garage to anyone looking for a used car as they will bend over backwards to help 😀😀😀

This garages speciality seems to be cars with one years MOT with absolutely no minors.Lochgelly motor company does the MOT's and seem to be just as untrustworthy as Balgonie Motor Company.My partner was also a first time buyer and after driving the car home she realised the car had 2 problems which are automatic MOT failures

Recently purchased a vehicle from this garage had a few minor faults after a couple of weeks (EML) so phoned the garage to find out what they could do and they were more than happy to come and pick the car up from me and fix it then even deliver it back to my house the same day! Excellence customer service would highly recommend to family and friends!

I would be extremely wary about using this car dealer and the nearby garage who they use to MOT their cars. A car I bought for my son was sold with a new MOT and not a single advisory note was mentioned on the MOT certificate. When I next got the car MOT tested (1400 miles later) it failed its MOT and required the following work to be done on it to pass: New complete exhaust system, new front brake disks, new front brake pads, 4 x new tyres, new front brake pipe, new CV boot, 2 x new front wipers. The car was also serviced by this garage and when my local garage did out an oil change on the car I was informed that they had fitted the old oil filter upside down. Avoid this garage at all cost or be prepared to pay out a lot of money afterwards!! The car went on to have further problems with the gear linkage arm, battery, CV joint, starter motor, ignition coil pack, ABS system, both rear brakes, hand brake, and the cambelt tensioner which kept failing. This ultimately lead to the cambelt continually being thrown and the water pump failing. This caused the engine to overheat and ultimately seize up. The car is now lying in a scrap yard and my son has been left with an empty bank account and without a car. All this was within 6000 miles of buying the car from this dealer. Stay well clear....you have been warned!!!

i bought a mazda 3 series 2l sport here 5 weeks or so ago with no warrenty 4 weeks later the clutch went this garage had no obligation to fix it but the staff or john couldnt be nicer about it the car was fixed and serviced the next day id like to thank john for the helpful and prompt service we received and no doubt ill be back for a look the next time we're in the market for a new car thanks again. Chris

Reply to Mr Bruce, with regards to the small scratches on your car, we only said we would try to polish them out for you (we did this) and it did look a lot better, we never promised the small scratch would be repainted. Noise from the front? We brought the car in to fix for you and if the part we have changed has not cured this then please tell us, rather than leaving a negative comment. We always try look after our customers following a used car purchase from us but unfortunately we cannot make an 8 year old car appear or drive like a new one as much as we would love to.

i bought a car here in January, it had a few scratches on the side but they said they would sort them. (they didn't) then with my 3 month warranty i took the car back as there was a tapping noise from the front, i got it back from them the same as it was when i took it there. very disappointing. wont be back.
