This shop is an absolute life-saver. Lovely guys, quick, efficient and super-friendly and knowledgeable. As a female I often get ignored/talked down to in other bike shops, but here they treat me with respect as a normal person - sadly an unusual state of affairs in bike shops I find! Saved me when I was stranded with only 1 pedal. The first set I bought were the wrong size for my cranks but Banchory Cycles were happy to exchange them for a pair that fit. Thanks guys!

Phoned to arrange for frayed cable to be replaced, took bike in the next morning and fixed whilst I waited. Very pleased with quick service and would highly recommend.
