Banff Springs Hotel

This place is a hit or a miss but the staff are professional and are willing to help.

Location is ideal next to the beach in Banff, good and large parking area, modernised and staff are very nice. Food is excellent too maybe on the slightly pricey side for some people but worth it. Rooms are nice and clean, walls are not completely sound proofed but good enough for a decent nights sleep. I'm working away from home and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. 4 out of 5 stars.

Excellent service, excellent food. Unlike some restaurants we were left sitting at our table for a while after we were finished, at no time did we feel rushed to leave the table. Would recommend​ the mixed grill, it was huge and cooked perfectly.

Great service varied menu with food presented well to a high standard

Impossible to sleep when they are hosting a wedding (which happened every time I came to stay here). The single rooms are very small without a view. Some of the mattresses need replacing. Bad value for money.

An amazing hotel set in the majestic Rocky Mountains, the hotel makes for a wonderful getaway. In the winter time, be sure to spend some time in their outdoor pool, looking out over the mountains.

The best Afternoon Tea I've had. We had the Sparkling Afternoon Tea and thoroughly enjoyed the Presence and all the food, the staff were very hospitable, as we had a child under 2 years old with us. Would highly recommend!

Looked very nice. I was only there for a meeting but was impressed by the place.

Was here for an afternoon tea with cocktails, been here a few times now and as always it was great, lovely freindly staff and atmosphere. Can't wait for the next one.
