Bank Of Scotland

It's a normal branch. Includes Business teller. They have new staff which is a bit slower sometimes, but generally no wait or short wait. A solid branch overall.

Staff just don't care! The bnk itself is one of the most unhelpful and disorganised companies i have the misfortune of dealing with.....I hve made 3 direct complaints about their staff now and nothing ever changes, still poorly trained and sound about as enthusiastic as a corpse.

Is the nearest branch to my flat. Opening hours could be better.

Poor service and poorly trained staff

Great staff and que goes quickly always pleasent and willing to help . Good idea having staff on floor asking if they can help as soon as your in the door . They direct you to the correct teller .
