Walking distance to the town centre and amenities. Room and bathroom was a good space. Hotel has its own kitchen/diner for guests to use themselves. The only downside was the bed was very uncomfortable and was left with a sore back for the 4 days I was there. I still do recommend staying there.

1. You get PERMANENTLY banned if you have a visitor. Despite being as quiet as possible. Furthermore you lot do not specifically state NO VISITORS ALLOWED.

2. Your beds are worse quality than a hard soppy mattress on floor.

3. Most of your staff at front desk at window next to entrance clearly hate their job. Sour unfriendly bitter etc.

4. Your bathrooms are rate rank.

5. I was treated like absolute shite (probably just because I'm not Scottish enough for your personal and racial preference).

6. Yet other people made lots of noise yet they were alright wern't they?

7. To conclude - totally rubbish soppy bacon muggy scumhole. And you - the old fat foureyed idiot at front desk...change your attitude. No one owes you a favour.

Regards

A blast from the past.

The location is great, almost in the center. The price is decent, the room is OK, clean enough and with functioning stuff. Unfortunately, our bed was extremely bad, really bad for the back. And after a full day of wondering around, you need a bed from which you don't wake up with back pain. The water pipes made a very bad sound in the bathroom. All in all, the room looks old and dated, but clean and the price is very decent. They should surely get new mattresses

Good location - the high street is just a few meters away. The staff is super friendly and their service prices are cheap.

I got a friendly welcome from the staff and good company with guests. The place was basic, well organised, clean and dry. Just perfect for my needs.

Wonderful stay! The bathroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was good, but more importantly, we had a quiet night and a good night's sleep. The nearby Tesco and Morrison supermarkets were good for restocking of supplies.

A very good hostel for the price, if you don't mind living in bunk beds. The kitchen and lounge area is available so that you can make your own food and has a nice area to sit in.

+ Staff were helpful, we went at 12:00- couldn't check in- but the receptionist suggested to leave the bags under their stairs- but we decided to leave them in the car boot. We checked in later at 8:00 pm after Ben Nevis climbing.
Location was good- near the High street where all the shops- souvenir, restaurant, bars/pubs, etc. Morrison was 5 minutes drive away. And Ben Nevis was 10/12 mins drive away.
There was a nice Pizza shop next to the car park. There are two car parks- one is to be paid and another is technically free.

- The room lock needs to be changed- you will have to twist it continuously for some times before it actually gets the hinges and opens the door. Shower plastic doors don't close completely- so shower water goes on the floor.
There should be a power socket on the table to use the cattle- at the moment you have to take it next to the bed- on the floor to use the kettle.

Didn't spend a lot of time there, but the place was very clean, friendly staff and very easy check in/out. Would stay again

Appreciated only for the location, that is very near to the city center and the availability of wifi in the rooms. Didn't like the structure, too old.

Convenient for the town, a few minutes walk away. Good en-suite room. Very friendly staff. No breakfast provided (but there is a kitchen available, plus a couple of places in town). There's a small car park under the building too. Felt a little expensive but that's probably due to the location.

I shared a four-girls room. It was clean and the beds were sturdy and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, too. I arrived late at night and left in the early morning so I can't speak for the other facilities, but the staff was very friendly.
