Bank Top Neighbourhood Learning Centre (NLC) is the central hub for adult learning and community activity in the Bank Top area of Blackburn.

We provide a quality programme of learning opportunities, National Careers and employability services, and community facilities. We aim to support all members of the community and offer a friendly and professional welcome.

The centre is also used by other partners and organisations to deliver their services and activities.

We are also able to offer fully equipped rooms of varying sizes for hire at very competitive rates.
