This gym has all the mod cons, great selection of classes, and some fab personal trainers as well. My only feedback would be to have more classes in the evenings to accommodate people who work 9 to 5

Wonderful gym, good pool, nice spa, sensible price, fair customer service.

When i first joined here I was very impressed. It was clean and current, it was never too busy, and it was open to late in the evening, which suited my schedule great. However, towards the end of the year, it became very run down and dirty, and always had some promotion on so it became very busy too. It's definitely not worth the money anymore, I would rather go to puregym!

Lots of useful little touches such as costume spinner to remove excess water, and lots of hairdryers. Lovely large and clean changing room (ladies) - can't speak for the guys lol. Pool usually quiet but watch for kids lessons. Nice ambiance. Great gym with lots of machines. Nice cafe with protein smoothies - I love Broccoli and the Beast with a scoop of banana protein powder 😀

Fantastic staff. Great fitness equipment and facilities. Changing facilities are good but could be better.

As a gym it's fine - equipment good and instructors knowledgeable. Temp is often way too high for comfort on the gym floor. As a spa it's not luxurious. The changing rooms are very worn with peeling paintwork. The pool is ok.

All the latest equipment from cardio to free weights. Studio/virtual classes plus spa.
