Was at the spa 25th of march .got a voucher for 2 for my 50th birthday .phone up ro book in .as i thought i heard the girl to be there for 9.30 .so i did but got told should hve been there for 9 so as a result of be 15 mins late accordin to them ive missed out of 2 treatments .so wont be going back .

We had a great experience. Went for a couples massage and were treated to hot stone chair waiting area then enjoyed relaxing treatments with some helpful feedback afterwards. Professional staff.

Better than Virgin active, but could be better. Have to pay for towels, and the guest log in is a nightmare

Central gym making it convenient for those who work in town. Can get very busy after work especially the weights.

Showers need fixed as they are cold the majority of the time. The pool and sauna areas are always free.
