A former coaching inn, now converted into an award-winning boutique hotel, restaurant, cafe and bar. Hearty Scottish and world food served all day.
Banner'S House - A Boutique Hotel And Restaurant In The Heart Of Fife Description
Banner’s House Hotel is a converted coaching inn at the heart of picturesque Markinch village near Glenrothes, Fife.
The five-bedroom hotel is just 40 minutes north of Edinburgh, on the edge of the Lomond Hills National Park.
The food in our restaurant is traditional Scottish combined with home-cooked world food our sister restaurant (Banner's Restaurant in Crouch End, London) is famous for.
The hotel opened in June 2014 after a six-month transformation. We are a small hotel run by a dynamic staff.
We pride ourselves on a warm welcome for all of our guests - whether on mini breaks, golf tours, guests at nearby weddings, or business travellers.
We hope to see you soon - in the restaurant, cafe, bar or hotel.

One of the stunning walks from the doors of the hotel in Markinch. But can anyone name this little magical hill for us? It's between Markinch & Coaltown of Balgonie and covered in wild flowers. The views taking in 3 great Fife Hills - Largo Law, East Lomond and West Lomond are spectacular. But what's this little spot called?
