BARD Ailteir works on a range of architectural and arts commissions. Our model places an emphasis on process - promoting enquiry, research and ambition with clients firmly positioned as part of this extended conversation.

BARD Ailteir brings together an experience of working in international artisan studios, academic teaching coupled with an active concern for arts, heritage and theory to produce intriguing and sometimes surprising results for our clients and partners.

We explore each site and programme specifically with a view to exposing potential lines of enquiry to drive forward any given project.

Using physical models, collage, watercolour and hand drawings we explore and test our thinking and with form, mass, scale and material in order to compose an architecture imbued with depth of meaning.

BARD Ailteir promotes appropriate innovation. We have experimented in new digital fabrication techniques to find cost-effective solutions to our client’s aspirations.
