Went for lunch yesterday, not only did I have excellent service,the soup was great and only surpassed by a bacon, Brie and cranberry panini all washed down with a hot cup of flat white. 5 stars from me ��

Very friendly helpful staff. I love the space there is between each table. You r never made to feel u need to hurry up and get out it's so relaxing. The food, coffee and service amazing. I'm in most days. The owner is very friendly and she makes u feel welcome

This is a lovely coffee house, the staff are very friendly and nothing too much bother to them, it's great to see small businesses like this do well. Great menu, or just a cuppa and a rest from the shops. Real tea served in a pot fab! Hope to be back soon

My fiance and I went in for a latte tonight just before closing time..the Gingerbread latte is lush..Friendly chatty staff..will be going for dinner and breakfast soon..And looking forward to the Blues live music night. First time in 2night..very impressed

Lovely breakfast. Even though a kiddy class on round the corner it wasn't loud or off putting.

Staff are so nice. Relaxed place with plenty space so you're not hearing another tables conversations xx

Love this place go here for my morning coffee on the way to work. Staff are always lovely first thing in the morning and if I'm running early I'll even wait for them opening at 8.30am.



Oh and they cheese cake is bliss :)

I have been to Baristas a few times with my family and have never had a bad experience. Good food and friendly service. It is under new management and there will be exciting new changes ahead. Xx

Great food, fab selection of teas and gorgeous coffee and cakes to die for. Staff really good. The manager is brilliant and really friendly. I go here usually 3-4 times a week with my 10 month old son and meet friends and family here. Love it. My favourite place to relax, eat, drink and chat.

Great cafe, I go a lot to meet friends as its child friendly and the staff are so warm and attentive. There's always some toys for my son to play with if he gets bored. The food is fab too.

Gave the 5 stars for the breakfast as it was lovely and quality products used but waited just over 30 minutes to get our food after ordering. so good job not restricted for time as last time we were there in my friends lunch hour took ages to actually get served as staff kept looking right through us when trying to get their attention. When we did get it we had to eat it quickly as she had to get back to work.

Been here a few times now, generally just after opening time at the weekend and our toddler loves it. We usually have the whole downstairs seating area to ourselves n he can play in the children's area without disturbing anyone.

Breakfast has been good so far, the coffee n cakes are great and the staff are lovely and very accommodating.

Baristas also has THE best baby changing station of anywhere I've ever been! It's rly lovely how they cater for children here, it's part of what keeps us coming back

Visited today for the first time with my mum and sister. As it was my first visit I didn't realise the fantastic play area for kids existed, I would recommend a wee baby gate type idea to stop kids disturbing customers in the higher seating area though. The service was friendly but not pushy, just the right balance. I was also pleasantly surprised when paying the bill, I expected to pay through the nose for such a great visit but it was so reasonable. Can't wait to come back! Thank you x

The food is fantastic but the service is pretty poor. That's twice now we've sat so long we're still not sure if you order at the bar or wait for your order to be taken at the table? Woman got our order wrong plus 2 others in the 45 minutes we were there. Fingers crossed this service side of things improve because it's a lovely cafe with stiff competition from Costa coffee directly across the road.

Sorry only 3 stars for yesterday. Go quite often on a Sunday for breakfast but yesterday waited a while to get served, then when we eventually got our rolls didn't get the tea and coffee we ordered. We usually get the same when we go but the rolls we got weren't to the same standard, very disappointing.

Nice food, nice location. However grumpy blue haired girl who wasn't even serving us made us take a cigarette box off the table. Made us feel uncomfortable staring at us while we ate our food and seemed very angry. Would have been 5 stars if not for her.

First visit yesterday. We visited when the premises was very quiet, for an early tea. Communication was pretty poor, there was nothing that we could see saying that you had to order at the counter. We waited, seated for at least ten minutes and in view of staff, before having to ask at the counter what the procedure was. Meeting and greeting customers might prevent the confusion or at the very least, a sign or a note in the menu. Coffee was good but the burger was a bit dry. I enjoyed my macaroni but the side salad was a bit on the limp side.

I come to baristas coffee house every week and unfortunately the last few weeks I've noticed the service has completely gone downhill! Lots of staff standing about talking or doing nothing while people including myself waiting to order! Having to get someone's attention to place an order after sitting for ages is very frustrating!! And also food orders being wrong it's such a shame as food is lovely and is a lovely coffee house but customer service needs to improve to how it was previously!
