Barncrosh Farm Self Catering

With a few small tweaks, a perfect mountain biking location

After a third stay at Barncrosh I can't put into words how perfect it is for anybody wanting peace and quiet. If one is looking for five star, spotless accommodation then go elsewhere. However, if you're happy with a traditional family farm that has aged gracefully into the surrounding countryside then this place is a little piece of heaven. No noise, no computer interference, and often no phone signal...just warm, safe and almost secret. An ageing lady of days gone by, and all the more special because of it.

Booked the whole site for our wedding in 2010 and it was fantastic!

Simple rooms, vmall TV, very slow internet.

As the other review says website looks great.the grounds are not bad once over this place would have been mint.stayed in the granny flat to be fair most of it was clean.but the bath was old and dirty. The bed was the worst i have ever stayed in be lucky if we got 12 hours over 5 nights. The play park and games room again been fair run down .can say i wont be back .with some work and money this place could be great .
