My client came in with steel grey/blue hair which was not a colour she wanted.
After a holiday in Greece she felt her blonde was too yellow and decided to get an ash toner. However, the hair was so porous that's it turned to a steel grey.
My client asked if I could fix this for her. I gave her a gentle bleach bath to remove the colour and added some light ash tones to make it more of a sunshine blonde 👌
