Fantastic experience. Really went above and beyond what I would have expected. It has a nice relaxed environment, not too pushy and totally fine with you saying no to things. Very knowledgable and everything was really easy. Customer service was really really good and everything seemed polished and very professional without putting you on edge at all. Highly recommend Reece and Mike, great at their jobs. Reece especially for a young pup. Couldn’t recommend enough, faultless. 10/10

The presentation of the show room, the customer service from the staff I dealt with, being Reece, Ruth and Bob, the car itself and the after care is amazing and exceeds expectations.

I purchased a VW Golf, with what I thought would be a massive hassle of a trade in option of my old car. But you simply turn up with your car and Barnetts do all the running around making it easy for you as a customer!

I asked for a unusual request for the car I wanted, which was met to my satisfaction, a slight hiccup during the process, but in the end, I ended up with an amazing car, amazing customer service and whenever I requested advice or assistance, the staff would prioritise me and my car and go the extra mile.

I would definitely recommend Barnetts in Dundee to anyone and will be sure to spread the great experience I’ve received in store.

Ordered brand new car from Barnetts and was very satisfied with the communication throughout the process and also the car when it arrived. Got a good price and free bottle of Champagne and bouquet of flowers when we collected, all in all it was a simple, straightforward transaction and would use again!

Cant comment on the used cars but from what I have seen its worth 5 stars

Within 2 days Head gasket went M9. I'm so dissapointed. Also just remember the tip, if it's white and German, he's a nonce.

Completely abismal.
I walked in the other day and I got greeted so rudely. The man that came to me smelt like day old fish and almost didn't want to give me the time of day but I guess these minimum paid workers need to get their bonuses from selling something to someone.

The first car I found was broken, he said it was 100% ready to drive away but a quick look and I found the flux capacitor wasn't plugged in. I pointed it out and he said it was part of the "new range" and it doesn't have to be plugged in anymore.

I moved on swiftly to the next vehicle in the lot. It was large, albeit a big hole in the side that seemed to pretty much take off half of the body. He pretended not to notice and was adamant the death ray still worked on it. I smelt a rebel fighter when I saw one and instantly passed on the Death Star.

Trying one last time, I found a corsa at the back of the lot, it was perfect for a first car. Just what I wanted. Checking it over, it had the amazingly powerful 1.1 engine, sturdy and full of life when he started it up. The car was Halfords rattle canned black, with blacked out windows. He explained it was so powerful the understeer from the torque would rip my arms off if I wasn't careful. It was all looking great and even had TWO MCDONALDS TRAYS in the back, ready to be used at a moments of youthfulness. The big can exhaust on the back was surely going to turn heads i though. I was sucked right in and I think he could tell. So along with the 4 point harness on the standard seats, I got in and went for a drive. It was a dream. Nothing could beat me. I put my foot down and got sucked into the seats from the brute strength. I loved it and I was set to buy it. Until when I got back, I noticed I hadn't picked up a single teenager. He pointed out it takes time but from reviews I have read, it's meant to be instantly dripping with interested school girls.

So I called out his lies and left angry and upset that I still didn't have a vehicle to take me to the doll office and back.
The guy wasn't bothered and just so rude that I went elsewhere.
Strongly advise to steer clear.

This m9 will get a Halfords whip one day! But not from these m5's

P.s. They also sell you broken cars.

Great experience from start to finish. Cannot thank Mike enough for his help in choosing our Golf. The whole experience was fantastic and we were delighted that our dog (Violet the Shar pei) was more welcome than us.

Buying a new car is possibly one of the biggest purchases after a new home and I'm glad we chose Barnetts to guide us through it. Their standard of service is incredible and the staff are a credit to both Barnetts and the Volkswagen brand. The whole experience has exceeded my expectations and the personalised video's and emails were a great touch. Thank you!
