would like to thank all the staff for the brilliant service we received for my sisters 60th birthday food was excellent down in the bar area live music was brilliant would highly recommend to family and friends had a great night well done to all the staff keep up the good work x

We went on thu 21st sep we has reserved a booth for my mum & dads 50th wedding anniversary. When we arrived our table had all been set it was lovely. The service we recieved was first class from the young guy who was on he was brilliant very friendly and gave us great service an asset to your bar / bistro.

Was lovely staff really nice and it was lovely day 2 sit out side

My new local in EK. Still calling it Legends but this place is a great place to spend time over a few drinks.

I went to this place & was taken aback about how amazing the food&staff were. I will certainly be back again as the food was lovely, plus the place inside is very modern & smart.

Had another lovely meal and the service was great as usual, very courteous and friendly ladies �

Fantastic experience again! Used Russell before at family party and recommended to a friend. Will not disappoint! High standard friendly and efficient! Dance floor was not without some spectacular moves �all thanks to a great night put on �

Absolutely brilliant service from all members of staff! The food was exceptional as was the service my friends and family received. The bar area was also fantastic with live music. Great atmosphere throughout the bistro and bar. Well done to all staff. I will certainly be back. Keep up the good work!

Was busy could do with few more staff on especially with it being the Christmas period but live music bit of dancing was really good myself & workmates all agree that we will be back �

Went to see Scott Wallace sing and wasn't disappointed, he's fab! Bar staff friendly and got served fairly quickly....the one thing that lets Barocco down is the toilets! Only two and constantly a que.... but it's a small thing really, my fav spot for a night out at the moment

Was there for the game yesterday great atmosphere really enjoyed it but don't appreciate bouncers appearing after full time telling people to shut up or they get thrown out ! Don't get me wrong if that's at rule that your allowed to sing and dance to a certain time then it stops then I can appreciate and respect that but no one was aware of any such rules . Need to put up notices in future as you can't just tell people to shut up whenever you've decide enough was enough

We were in on Sat night. While the guy that was singing was good, he was way to loud! Couldn't hear myself think never mind speaking!

In on Friday for a few drinks with friends after dinner. The live singer was far too loud and we politely asked the bar staff if they could have it turned down just a bit. They said they would then did absolutely nothing so we left. Poor service and attitude. W won't be back.

The staff are pleasant but I am really disappointed with the way the karaoke presenter manages potential customers with the ever popular comment about trying to get you in. Not good for new customers



Edit - as a host, I would never speak to customers the way I was spoken to last night.

Not from the area, a group of us were there killing 2 and a half hours till our bus came to get us, after having a great day we thought we’d enjoy the sun in the beer garden with a drink. Only once we’d ordered our drinks some rude woman that works there told us we couldn’t be there unless the child (12yrs old) had a meal. We were not made aware of this when ordering drinks nor were there any signs to say such a rule applied. If the situation had been handled better there would be no problem but the woman that approached us was rude and blunt. Totally unprofessional and ignorant.

My 6 friends and I were looking for a nice place to sit outside and have some refreshing drinks. We were waiting on our bus which was going to be another few hours and came across this bar and it looked like a perfect rest stop until our bus came. We bought our drinks and sat outside. About 5 minutes later a rude barmaid approached us with shocking customer service. We were told that the 12 year old that was with us could not sit in outside area of the establishment unless she had a meal. There were no public notices around the bar to indicate this and we all felt this was a very silly rule in the first place but appreciate this was the bar rules. The child rule was not the problem, they way the barmaid approached the situation was awful and I have never witnessed being spoken to so appallingly. She also took glasses away which were not finished and made us feel so unwelcome. It’s a shame as we were actually planning on ordering some food so there would not have been a problem. We didn’t want to stay a minute longer and had to leave half of our drinks. All of us left feeling very disappointed!

Have had good nights in here but on the last two occasions (a Saturday night at approx 9.30pm), we have been refused entry by a bald headed bouncer with glasses to be told "we are too busy". This was just after two people left and shortly after that the same bouncer let two people in. When I looked in the windows there was plenty of space. I was told informally that "regulars" are given preference. Really poor treatment of people.
