Just been back, after buying my car there 2 weeks ago, as son had "accident" with a latte and my car - went all under seat �

Can't rate the service I got high enough, a lovely gentleman whisked my car off and 30 mins later I have her back without a trace of the offending coffee and they also washed her...... then to top this wonderful service off I wasn't charged.

Great customer service from start to finish. I had to have my car recovered 30+ miles as I refuse to use any local BMW garages. Elms in Cambridge have set a very high standard others are failing to achieve. Great communication and customer satisfaction. Thanks to all involved in the repair of my car especially Natasha who kept me informed throughout the process. This is now my second car from the dealership and intend on returning for a third.

Elms Cambridge BMW today quoted me £60.68 to replace a parking light bulb in a 2012 320d. I said no, ta. This afternoon it took me less then 60 seconds to remove the blown bulb, and a pair of bulbs costs £2.50 on Amazon which are now on order. Please explain.

These morons caused complete traffic chaos parking their transporter near entrance to Cambourne Village College making pupils late as caused a contraflow and this isn't a one off! Park your lorry on site out of everyone else's way and stop being so inconsiderate to the wider community!

Shockingly bad. Staff that lie, bitch about each other and can’t add up. Only interested in the sale and not in any long term relationship. Definitely the worst car buying experience we’ve ever had. Back to Audi we go. Barons you’ll be receiving a detailed letter from us.
