Registered social landlord founded in 1986 to intiially improve tenemental rehab stock in centre of Barrhead. Became a charitable organisation in 2004. Started to build new properties in early 1990 with now over 820 properties in management. Set within East Renfrewshire, properties including sheltered housing located in Barrhead, Neilston, Thornliebank, Newton Mearns, and Woodfarm. Over 65% of stock now new build. Provide full factoring service to 180 properties. work with partnering associations within Renfrewshire, FLAIR.
