Worst travel agent I have ever dealt with, They will Mis-sell you and then charge you more telling you they are helping you.

Avoid at all costs. what they say over the counter means nothing, the confirmation may be different and then you have to pay more to fix it.

Not overly helpful. Looking for assistance booking travel from UK to Switzerland with my dog via train. Turned away immediately and no real suggestions made about who could help me. The travel agent, who was friendly and polite, was not at all knowledgeable in redirecting me.
