DREADFUL EXPERIENCE. Rebecca was unprofessional and rude as was Barry, when they botched my hair and rather than dealing with it professionally, they argued and shouted. Unreal ! Refused to take any responsibility for making my hair streaky and orange and basically doing the complete opposite of what I had specifically asked for and shown in photographs. TERRIBLE hairdressers - don't go, ever- unless you like dealing with unprofessional and having your hair dyed patchy orange when you asked for icy, ash tones. They need to learn some lessons from professional salons and start treating the customer with respect.
