This is a very welcome new addition to eateries in Partick. Make no mistake this is a first class bistro/cafe offering superb pizzas - probably the best I have tasted in Glasgow. The special was Cullen Skink pizza - sounds improbable - but it worked really well. Simply delicious.

The pizza is excellent, staff are really friendly and the music + decor make a v. good atmosphere

Love this place. Great atmosphere, excellent pizza. Lovely crisp base, not overloaded with toppings - just enough to make them amazing. Can’t say enough lovely things. It’s absolutely authentic pizza - done well!

The customer service was exceptional, and the ham and cheese croquettes which came with the most amazing dip!

Pizza was also fabulous. I also loved the fact that the beer they the profits go to providing water in Africa.

Very child friendly and my partners 8 year old daughter had a great time decorating her pizza box! Xx

I had my 50th birthday celebrations at Basta with 20 of my closest pals. It was a perfect night with incredible pizza, great tunes and brilliantly hosted by Innes and Jen. A truly memorable evening thank you so much- we’ll all be back!

A brilliant pizza, thick crusts with a thin base, great dips and class homemade chilli + garlic oil. As good as the pizza we had in Naples this year with even better service + ambiance. Outstanding

Absolutely beautiful, authentic pizza with delicious tomato sauce & crusty base. I had heard from my sister that the pizzas were amazing but there was hardly any cheese on them, so when I ordered I made sure to ask for extra cheese. This still resulted in a minimal amount of mozzarella unfortunately. Would be a 5 star for sure if this could be rectified, or maybe I’ll just need to ask for triple cheese in the future lol.
