Bathgate Hire Centre

I have used them a few times whilst working on a project in my garden, hired a wacker plate,rotorvator and some other tools. they were all delivered promptly and worked well. good fun to use some of the tools. friendly service and very helpful with the equipment.

I went in a week ago and booked some bbq gas. i offered to pay for it, I offered to leave my empty gas bottle. Now, the day before I host a BBQ for 40 they tell me I can't have it because they couldn't get it. Why?
Because they didn't have my empty.

Idiots.

Update - I am adding another star onto the review because the manager phoned me up personally to apologise for the mix up when he saw this review. He was very polite and did not try to make it seem like it was my fault somehow - which was nice. So, well done Harry.

dealt with these guys for a number of years now very freindly helpfull staff and allways willing to come and go a bit on price as well you can see a differance since its under new management
