Some staff a arogant way they speak to you in the library and unhelpfull . Ridiculous you can't use the internet till 10am on Tuesdays as have used fauldhouse library internet from 8am when opens as Bathgate opens at 8.30 why can't use internet till 10am . Library closes at 3pm reopens at 5pm what's the point of this when ment be open till 8pm this happens every Wednesday
When my scanner went on the blink and I urgently needed to scan documents, a neighbour suggested I ask at the library, where although not being a registered member, they immediately provided a guest sign on and access to necessary equipment. On a beautiful sunny day with sun streaming in thru the enormous windows it was a pleasant place to be.
It has lots of different types of books and u can go onto the PC's but one time I got kicked out for doing nothing because my friend was trying to find something what he lost in there
