The food is lovely , but the service was very slow waited a while for our order to be taken then took half an hour for our food to arrive

Shame that on a nice bank holiday afternoon they refuse to serve any coffees listed on their menu as they claim they are too busy - pub less than half full at 6pm !!!!

I'm going too he honest and say our first 3-4 visits it was great! This was last year but now the excitement has gone the staff are not as friendly and the food not great! We went last night probably our 8th and last visit. The starter came and it was near cold and my partner commented on that and the lady which I assume was the manager just said 'ok' after that we both said this is our last visit! Need I say more... needs a new team with some spirit as it's getting very miserable there. And why is there only 1 waitress every time we go?

We went here on sun with the two boys, took 40mins for our food to come, and which came out wrong for the kids initially, After waiting for half n hour, .kids ice cream was ordered, but didn't arrive until after 29mins I had to ask where the ice cream was, only to be told the ticket was lost and no one has got it ready. So the only kind waitress there then said she would personally, get it... Although the wait was not worth it! We ate outside place was full of wasps, crazy! I'm not one to be bothered by wasps not scared by them but this was too much. Some kind of detergent in place like citronella scent to put them off may have been good. No kids entertain, esp if we are waiting that long for food, had a kids puzzle page, but they had no crayons, what's the point! And when paying for the order, it's not difficult to provide service with a smile... It doesn't cost anything to smile but apparently it does for some.... After all this the taste of the food is irrelevant....! �

Great looking pub but the Eastern European waitress was so rude! And the larger lady behind the bar was almost passive aggressive!

Food was Ok I thought except for having battered deep fried onions because they were out of onion rings and were served these disgusting things without being told about the change �

So much gristle in the lasagne as well� my son left the whole thing! But the roast dinner and noodle salad and hunters chicken were good to be fair

The table service was absolutely disgusting by all 5 staff men and women! all the food was brought out at different times rather than altogether it’s was embarrassing.

No people skills and wasn’t even asked if everything was ok with our meal lol Overall just terrible service which made a terrible atmosphere! will not be going back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone because of the moody unprofessional waiters and waitresses
