Would like to leave a wee review about the 13 bus. I get the bus every night after my work. The driver on the bus is professional and has a great approach and manner to all passengers. Always willing to help aged passengers as well as advise on other times of busses. He is a credit to this service. Think his name is Rab :)

We used bay travel for a golf weekend to Pitlochtry and aviemore over a 3 day period . The driver was excellent and knowledgeable of the golf clubs and hotels we stayed in . Very smartly dressed and pleasant and off course was well rewarded afterwards .. the coach was spotless and all cd /DVD and toilet in all working order

My mum uses the bus from Kennoway to the Club 3000 bingo in Kirkcaldy. Every single driver looks after her like she was part of their own family. Especially tonight in the snow, the driver waited till he seen she was at the front door before he drove away. Well done lads & thank you x

I would just like to thank the staff at Bay Travel for their honesty. My son was on a school trip yesterday and lost his wallet. The wallet contained money, bank card and loyalty card. This was handed in and he has it back now, much to his delight. Thanks again

I go to a lot of the kelty hearts jfc away games and any driver we have on the bus is always cheerful.



And the driver's that's on the service buses are well manered; they drive past and smile or wave

I am just writing a wee review as I get the 18 or the 17b home from my work and all the drivers are brilliant always say hello and been on the 17a a few time at night and driver that is on is always cheerful and respects all his customers on the bus think he should get award � best driver I would say yes his name is Rab �

Congratulations on taking over the service 13 which services the Oriel Road Estate. It is a pleasure to be a passenger in your vehicles which are spotless and have windows you can actually see out of. Reliability is very good and the drivers we have had so far are excellent keep up the good work.

Bay Travel transported our children to and from school and were they were fantastic, reliable and all of the drivers were so friendly, courteous and so aware of the safety of our children. We miss their service and are very much appreciative of all they did for us during the time they had the contract.

Going to catch the 89 from Duloch at around 14:50 seen it go in to duloch then stopped and went back up the same road missed my train nearly missed my connection in Edinburgh time to reregulate the busses

Driver of the 89 bus to Crossford via Q Margaret hospital almost caused a serious accident on Main Road, North Queensferry @ 15:18.



He was over on our side of the road, causing us to do an emergency stop and putting the drivers behind us in danger too. The bus was empty.



This road is a 20mph for a reason and he was going well above that. We stopped and waited for him to turn in the village and come back up the hill, so we could get a picture. The odious little toad told us “so what, there’s nothing you can do about it”, so going to make it our mission to share the picture and this post.

Appalling service from the number 13 John Smith Business Park driver today, at 10:40/45 this morning. Bus arrived late (which I completely understand), as the bus came into the stance an elderly lady fainted. As myself and others helped this woman, the bus driver closed his doors, started his engine and reversed until someone asked him to stop. We explained that a woman fainted as he approached the stance and that she refused an ambulance as she felt fine to stand up and go on the bus. The bus driver replied saying that he has “no time” and that it isn’t his job and we are to go fetch someone else.

Zero compassion from this bus driver, I am appalled. What if this was his mother or grandmother?
