Something different today. Looking to develop power and intention when striking with hanbo. Very difficult to keep co-ordination so started slow and smooth.
Reminder that the National Course at BBD Newark is on tomorrow (http://www.bbdnewark.co.uk). All welcome so just get in contact if interested for further details.
