I went to collect my car on a Saturday and the service was appaling. While it supposed to be open in the morning, I was barely able to find people and ask where to go. The receptionist took him nearly 15 mins just to charge us for storage and confirm no outstanding balance remaining. They office which was supposed to hand me the car key was shut and no one knew why and who to contact. Long story short, it was a big confusion, unnecessarily long and very messy.
