We had loft insulation installed through the government energy efficiency scheme. I have an allergy to glass insulation. BCA were really understanding and ensured that the insulation provided would not cause me any adverse reactions. They kept me informed on the
progress and did everything they said that they would. The workmen were both polite
and professional, leaving a nice clean job. Thanks boys!

BCA carried out cavity wall extraction and refilled the cavity with new modern insulation. Very professional, conscientious workers and very neat and tidy finish. Would highly recommend this company.
Absolutely disgraceful company. The surveyor didn't show up when he was meant to, was then abuse & threatening, they demanded entry to my home to carry out gas safety test but had no paperwork for this. They then installed cavity wall insulation in a TIMBER FRAMED property (missing a number of walls & making a hell of a mess both internally & externally). On realising their mistake they then came back months later to take it out again, creating more mess than they did originally. The staff are rude, the staff lied & even worse, do did the Directors (Elaine, you are a director of the company despite telling me you weren't). Councils BEWARE!!
This is a very bad company, they left us with a very messy house that you can't even walk aroud or find thing for two weeks,and we got told it would only take 3- 4 days. We got told their were only two plasterers and only was on holiday. What kind of company is this?especially the woman you talk to through the phone.
