Visited twice now, great place, friendly staff, so many choices on the menu. Milk shakes are amazing. Variety of seating downstairs and outside. Haven’t been upstairs yet.

The atmosphere is great. Nice place to chill out, nothing seems too much trouble for the staff.

Would be nice to see baked potatoes and or soup added to the menu.

This is my daughter's favourite place to go when we are in the town, they love the freak shakes! Friendly service and great food. Highly recommended

Just had a really lovely visit with my 5 year old--what a treat! Couldn't believe the size of our milkshakes! The staff were so kind and thoughtful, thanks so much for making our first visit so enjoyable.

I've only been a couple of times, and never tried the food but their coffee is delicious! Best cappuccinos and mochas in the town centre by far. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming (but not over the top either!).

Had the most amazing honeycomb ice cream here yesterday! My friend also loved the dairy free alternatives available on the menu. Also got to sample the Malteaser milkshake which was also so good, and I don't even like milkshakes! Fab wee place in the city centre, lovely bright decor and great staff - i'll definitely be back!

The price was well set for the portions and for the quality that you receive. The staff were friendly and cared a lot about presentation of the meals, which was fantastic.



Got a drink and a panini each with a waffle to share. The teas could be a bit bigger for the price, or at least have a choice in the size, however the other things we ordered were spot on.



The waffle though we thought that the one we got was a bit too much for one person, unless that's all you're having.



There was a bit of a wait while others came in, however for what me and my partner received we were very pleased with it. I could see it being an issue when it gets busier, however I hope that they do have some more staff on at those times.



Overall we were very pleased with the service that was provided and would definitely go back again.

Absolutely love this place! I come in quite regularly with friends and the menu is fantastic. Great coffee/teas and hot food, not to mention the ice creams! I particularly love the dairy free ice creams as I have problems digesting lactose so it's nice to have an option that isn't always sorbet. The staff are always so friendly and smiling, such a joy to visit!

Went here on Saturday with my sister in law she has been before & recommended it to me I.personally felt the waffles where fantastic she had pancakes.

Only place in Dundee I can get vegan pancakes, and they are delicious! The vegan flatbread is good too. The staff are friendly, and have been happy to make up vegan versions of some of the milkshakes for me as well (I highly recommend trying a vegan coconut & mango shake!). I'd love them to introduce more vegan options in future, but even as is, it's a nice chilled-out place with some good vegan food that I enjoy visiting.

We popped in today with the intention of having one of your milkshakes, having heard good things but never been in. While my husband looked at menu I popped to the loo.... every cubicle was very dirty which made me feel kinda sick so we left!

Your only staff member seemed busy so we left without mentioning!

We will pop in again to try these legendary milkshakes and hope the loos are a bit cleaner!

I've been in a couple of times, I love the menu and everything I've tried tasted delicious. The staff are always friendly and polite and unfortunately apologetic as the wait times are ridiculous. This is mostly due to not enough staff. I wouldn't mind so much if it was just waiting for food/drinks but a number of times I've seen food/drinks sitting on the counter for quite a while as there's no one available to take it to tables.

I was in with a friend and waited twenty minutes for my food then another fifteen for hers. Mine was near enough cold by the time hers arrived.

As I said previously the menu, food and staff are brilliant but it's not a place to go on a lunchbreak or if you've anything else planned for the day.

Great food and nice place to sit in, but the service is terrible. They frequently forget orders or get them wrong, and the three times we've been in the food has taken about 20 mins. Hope they fix this soon; get the service fixed and this place would be great.

Pancakes were good. But took over 40 minutes for them to arrive. No explanation or apology. It wasn't as if it was busy either.

Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't come back. My sister was visiting so we were excited to come in for crepes and left bitterly disappointed. They were really busy so didn't want to make a fuss when my coffee order was wrong as sisters latte was nice. Asked for no chopped nuts on one it still came with nuts and it was more like find the Nutella than being a Nutella crepe. They were both very dry. I ate mine because I was hungry but my sister left hers. Debated asking for a refund but to be honest we just wanted to get out of there.
