Terrible service, they treat you like an idiot

Called into penicuik branch two weeks ago enquiry re wood posts. None in stock. Called again today my wife and I walked out after getting ignored. Go to Thistle timber. Excellent service and price

After difficulty finding the right materials. A visit to beatsons had my garden looking exactly how I wanted, the staff were more than helpful and the next day delivery allowed me to complete the work over a weekend. Helpful, friendly service all round.

Have dealt with suppliers for many years now and find Beatsons the easiest and friendliest by far. Prices are more competitive than other suppliers . yard and counter staff are always most helpful. Highly recommend them.
