Today after work I treated myself to the aromasoul massage with Comfort Zone products that jackie has just started doing in demask. I have been really stressed lately and suffer from insomnia which always seems to be worse when I am stressed. After over an hour of what can only be described as complete bliss I walked out feeling destressed and so relaxed for the first time in weeks. It took just over an hour and if it wasn't for me making myself stay awake (trust me I nodded off a few times) so I did not miss a second of it I would have fallen asleep so easily it was that relaxing. I recon I will be treating myself to this once a month if not more. The aromas of the oil are delightful. Thank you so much Jackie it was truly amazing. I'm now off for a very relaxed early night ��

Had a pedicure and shellac with lecente glitter done on my toes on Saturday with Jaki and she was amazing and very thorough. I’m so fussy as I’m qualified in nails myself and would say she was the best I’ve had in ages. I would defo recommend!
