Brides at Waterfields - Torquay showcased their new collection including their new range of dresses size 18-28 which you can actually try on in store!! No more holding it up and trying to imagine it!

Well hi there October!
September was insanely busy and hectic! 3 weddings, 2 weekends away working,... Lots of heads at Kensa, 2 wedding fairs, My sons birthday My birthday 3 kids with chicken pox (all recovered) 10 puppies went to their new homes Youngest started school
But what didn’t happen was any beauty treatments as I just did not get time to fit it in!

So it was brought to my attention last night that someone took a picture of me from my Facebook and put it on a group all about makeup shaming. (Was a picture of me not a client)
This was a woman trying to belittle another woman, make her feel insecure 😟 make her feel like she is beneath this other person.
Why do so many woman try and take down other woman? We are already on the back foot in life as we have ovaries instead of balls! So why do it? My guess is that she is in...secure in her world, that she doesn’t feel the confidence I feel, and that she is needing to see other people being slated to feel better about herself.
Well how do I feel?im not bothered by it, girl I know I have talented! Am I the best in the world?! Not YET! but then this kinda person would prob slate nikkietutorials, plouise, Jeffree star, Charlotte tilbury (to me makeup icons!)
Everyday my make game improves from month to month, year to year!
I shall not name and shame her as I am above that.

I worked alongside this lovely lady at St Audries a few days ago for the wedding of Mr and Mrs P. Fantastic, creative and genuinely lovely lady. The make up was flawless, and flattering - making it very easy for me to photograph everyone that she worked on.

I had Beauty within come to do wedding make up for me and 4 bridesmaids all with verying skin types tones conditions and Charlotte was just brilliant. She made everyone feel at ease and really listened to what I and the bridesmaids wanted. Through the lead up to the wedding she was always there to give advise and answer any questions as well as do a trial for me. I felt comfortable and at ease with her we all did. Such a lovely wonderful talented woman who I would highly recommend time and time again. Thank you so much for helping to make me look like a beautiful mermaid princess on my big day. <3 xx

Had a spray tan with Charlotte very friendly and professional makes you feel at ease and nothing is to much trouble. Well worth going to see her for treatment or advice

Charlotte is not just a make up artist I am pretty sure she is a magician! Working to a tight time scale Charlotte applied full glitter make up for 7 of us for my Sisters hen party. We were a varied bunch in ages and personalities and Charlotte listened to everyone and worked with us to create 7 different looks we all loved. The make up lasted the whole evening through games, drinking and very warm temperatures! Also a mention to Ellie the hairdresser who Charlotte arranged for us as well, my curls still look just as good as they did to start with. Most importantly Charlotte and Ellie were super friendly and well deserving of a 5* review!

Charlotte is amazing, she is so helpful and full of any advise needed regarding your make up. She has so many ideas to suit every individual and always takes your likes and dislikes into consideration and comes up with great end results that really suit you. So easy to get along and chat with, nothing too hurried either. I was worried about tying my friends dress on her wedding day and knew it would take me forever, Charlotte was more than happy to stay and do it for us, and it was done in no time. Nothing too much trouble! The make up she uses (and I buy from her) is amazing too. Thanks Charlotte xx

She took on the challenge of 13 lots of make up on the 29th March and was happy to arrive on the 28th March, the night before to do a bit of waxing and tinting.

Charlotte introduced me to Ellie (Tangled Hair and Nails) and they have been such an amazing team.

Charlotte gave me an eyelash lift and tint, the results are amazing. No need for mascara anymore or just a coat if I fancy it. I think I’m possibly hooked, well worth the money for the length of time that the treatment lasts. Thank you
