Can't thank the Bedpost in Kirkintilloch enough for there customer service great from the moment i walked into the showroom for the knowledge and recommendation for a bed at a fab price! Promt service for delivery great quality and thanks to the 2 delivery drivers for helping assemble my bed. Will definately use you again �����

Bought our king size bed frame and mattress from here last year. One year on the bed is as good as new, mattress is as comfy as it was on the day it arrived. Staff couldn't be better, were so helpful, really patient with us trying every mattress they have! Offered great advice on what style and fabrics were available to us, fast delivery, delivery guys were helpful too! Highly recommend!

Bought a beautiful divan bed from here. Can't recommend it enough. From the staff knowledge and service to the delivery as well, everything was fantastic. Thank you.

Be careful of them,I ordered a custom mattress in 7'L X 4'6"W X 4"Deep



I said same size as last one,they took £330.00 no problem



Yet when I converted the 19cm it turned out to be 7" I told them I only got 4" deep covers



She said we don't do 4" deep sizes

The last one was 4" & is still I said

Then she hung up

Avoid this business at all costs, absolutely ZERO customer service offered to help with an issue on day of moving into our new home. Ordered beds over 3 weeks ago, wrong size mattresses for ALL 3 beds ordered & absolutely no goodwill gesture or solution offered. In fact when I explained my kids would be sleeping on the floor the gentleman replied "call back tomorrow". I have since had full refund & would urge everyone to go no where near this bed shop. P.S took 2 full days & several excuses before my refund was granted, strange that I was told a refund wasn't possible until I had to get irate. Honesty think twice before going near this so called retailer.
