Went in here today the guys All made me feel at ease excellent customer service done me a great deal left me and my daughter to browse around and give them shout when we were ready and my bed will be delivered and built by Friday all in all excellent service from beginning to end

Went in for a mattress great service and they managed to deliver it within a few hours of me coming into the shop, wouldn't hesitate to buy again�

Was the first customer in Paisley on opening day, painless and easy to buy and guy serving me was really nice and helpful. Bed got delivered today and set up quickly with no fuss. Would recommend highly ☆☆☆☆☆

Very good quality and very reasonably priced. Customer service online, on Phone, in person and on delivery was great! Recommend highly.

This place is great! Came across it on Facebook while we had been on the lookout for a new mattress and thought we would pop in , just in case. Customer service second to none. Thanks to Simon, who managed to steer us in the right direction without being at all pushy. Told us to call on the day we were picking up and he would ensure our van would get parked right outside and have it ready at the door for someone from store to assist us into van. All went to plan. Kevin also extremely helpful on pickup day. Only thing I would change is next time I would get it delivered as struggled to get it in house and up stairs( our fault, our rather, husbands fault for not wanting to pay only £15 delivery!!!)

Just ordered a single bed with guest bed pullout underneath. Brilliant choice of bases and headboards. Joe in the shop was friendly and very knowledgeable. I haven't arranged a delivery date yet as getting work done to the bedroom first. Joe advised of normal delivery dates and times but fantastic to hear they are flexible and can work round my working day.

I had my double bed delivered today & it's really beautiful, I chose it in the lovely big showroom & it was delivered 10 days later.

Delivery guys were great too.

I recently bought a king size bed from here. Service was fantastic from time of order to getting the bed delivered.they are not pushy at all in the shop but there to hand when you do need help, Joe in the shop was so helpfull in helping us choose a bed and a suitable mattress and storage ,We got a fabulous deal on a king size ottoman bed and upgraded the mattress to a memory foam one which is so comfortable. Customer service in the shop was great and we got our bed delivered in 10 days I thought we would of needed to wait weeks so thid was a great bonus. The delivery men called half an hour before arriving which was a great help and the 2 delivery men were so helpfull and efficient they set up our new bed and took away the old one in no time at all . I would recommend this shop to anyone going for a new bed, friendly ( not pushy ) great customer service and great quality and no complaints at all. �

Great service when we visited the store a couple of weeks back. The owner was very friendly and helpful and suggested alternatives not even at extra cost, just comfort.



Don’t need bed for a few weeks so they are storing till we’re ready which is really handy.

Can’t thank paisley beds enough was let down by another company! This fantastic company dropped my mattress off just 1 hour after asking them brilliant defo worth the let down from other company highly recommend �

Been meaning to post this for ages. Ordered a new single bed and mattress for my 11 year old son. It was due to be delivered on Friday 2nd March which, as you might remember, ended up being a whiteout. The guys in the store kept me up to date since the Wednesday and I had said I expected them to have to push the delivery date back and it wasn’t a problem. So I was surprised to get a call on the Friday to say that they were determined to get as many deliveries out as possible and they would be with me around 7 that night. And they were. And they were cheery and friendly and helpful. Just glad that they could get the job done. And they still had a few deliveries to make. Talk about above and beyond! These guys risked a lot to be out delivering and I have to say thank you so much! My son loves his bed. And his big brother loved it so much too that I was in yesterday ordering him one too lol. Top marks for quality, efficiency and exceptional customer service!
