We eat there all the time and it’s always superb, good food great service

It was lovely restaurant very clean staff were so helpful and friendly, we had the double cheeseburger with bacon and fries & coleslaw then the sticky toffee pudding sundae ( first day for the sundae on a new menu ) which was so tasty , will certainly be back 😊

I was staying at the Premier Inn as I was working in Dundee the next morning.

I had a meal deal booked for me through the company.

The food was delicious and the service was great. The staff were all so friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was plentiful and served quickly again with the same lovely girl that served me the night before ( I did wonder how much sleep she’d had though bless her).

As a solo traveller it’s lovely when people engage in conversation and show time for you and this is exactly what I got. Thank you 😊

All in all a very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our visit x the girl who served us our dinner was really lovely, pretty annoyed this morning at breakfast though when the guy put a burning hot plate down to a 7 year old, he burnt his hand, it was so hot I couldn’t pick it up, what a stupid thing to do, n the guy wasn’t interested when I spoke to him!!

Very disappointing. We recommend it to friends of ours for there Anniversary. Good start, help with disabled guests, drinks order taken. Upon ordering 3 out of the 4 meals were unavailable (this was only 2pm Sunday) also told not enough ingredients for Sunday lunch. (Not sure if they do Sunday lunch or not)

This was a problem as one of the party has motor neurone disease so has problem swallowing. Staff was apologetic and made suggestions and even offered to change meal picked if it was found not suitable so that was very helpful.

Waited an hour for food, it wasn’t even busy! When food came it was wrong. Was told oh sorry we didn’t have any! To which I pointed out it would have been nice to have been told, rather than just give me replacement stuff hoping I wouldn’t notice.

Meal finished, no attempt to clear table! Had to ask staff to clear table and ask to order pudding. Then another wait of over half an hour for Icecream!

Staff were nice and polite, but lack training on customer service, waiting on tables and lack of leadership about sorting usual stuff out.

Table for. 3 adults. - food ok, but poor poor service, slow, and even when asking for more tomoro sauce, the waiter then serves other tables as my daughter waited for the sauce to be brought to our table so she could continue eating her chips-

Waiter and staff pleaseant enough, but just too slow, and it wasn't even that busy, I'd suggest a quarter full - took 15 mins between getting seated then to get asked for drinks, then another 15 to be served them - at least it was clean and had pleasant surroundings

First time we have had to complain...we ordered steaks and twice they come back to tell us there was none after going away for long periods of time. This didnt bother us too much but when our meal did arrive the triple cooked chips were barely cooked chips at all(plain oven chips aswell wernt triple to begin with which they tried to hide)one steak was half fat. The bill arrived charging us full price for our whole meal...after saying to the girl half through the service we were not happy.! She took off a starter at 4.99 so with the plates going back to the kitchen full of food we still had to pay 39.55 for some meat and tomato. Im so angry as this is somewhere we always used to eat and this meal was for my partners bithday.! So disappoonted in beefeater!!

Hubby and I decided on a 2-course deal, figured out what we wanted, and went up to the bar to order and pay for it.



At that point, we were told that the deal we chose wasn't available on the Saturday night (when we were there), we were given the wrong menu.



We gave them a second chance...... suggested that since the fault/mistake lay with a staff member, they really should be honouring the deal, but they chose not to.



So we left without ordering dinner, and will not be back.

Absolutely terrible experience we had, had been on a long journey home and stopped for food. Had a terrible long wait to get freezing cold food, put it back. Waited a while to get food returned. Two other tables in the vicinity had problems too! Ordered more drinks after our horrible meal and still waiting for them now (its monday and im at my work dry) waited 37 minutes after our meal and had to go get someone for the bill, waited another 10 minutes (place was not busy either) I eventually went to find a manager and when he eventually came to see us his attitude stank!! We will not be back and will also be puting this into trip advisor!!

She took off a starter at 4.99 so with the plates going back to the kitchen full of food we still had to pay 39.55 for some meat and tomato. Im so angry as this is somewhere we always used to eat and this meal was for my partners bithday.! So disappoonted in beefeater!!

First time there. The greeter took us to a table, handed us two menus (one all day, one dinner-only) and explained that we can choose from either menu.

Hubby and I decided on a 2-course deal, figured out what we wanted, and went up to the bar to order and pay for it.



At that point, we were told that the deal we chose wasn't available on the Saturday night (when we were there), we were given the wrong menu.



We gave them a second chance...... suggested that since the fault/mistake lay with a staff member, they really should be honouring the deal, but they chose not to.



So we left without ordering dinner, and will not be back.

Absolutely terrible experience we had, had been on a long journey home and stopped for food. Had a terrible long wait to get freezing cold food, put it back. Waited a while to get food returned. Two other tables in the vicinity had problems too! Ordered more drinks after our horrible meal and still waiting for them now (its monday and im at my work dry) waited 37 minutes after our meal and had to go get someone for the bill, waited another 10 minutes (place was not busy either) I eventually went to find a manager and when he eventually came to see us his attitude stank!! We will not be back and will also be puting this into trip advisor!!



Horrid place! Will never return!!!

It was lovely restaurant very clean staff were so helpful and friendly, we had the double cheeseburger with bacon and fries & coleslaw then the sticky toffee pudding sundae ( first day for the sundae on a new menu ) which was so tasty , will certainly be back 😊

I was staying at the Premier Inn as I was working in Dundee the next morning.

I had a meal deal booked for me through the company.

The food was delicious and the service was great. The staff were all so friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was plentiful and served quickly again with the same lovely girl that served me the night before ( I did wonder how much sleep she’d had though bless her).

As a solo traveller it’s lovely when people engage in conversation and show time for you and this is exactly what I got. Thank you 😊

All in all a very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our visit x the girl who served us our dinner was really lovely, pretty annoyed this morning at breakfast though when the guy put a burning hot plate down to a 7 year old, he burnt his hand, it was so hot I couldn’t pick it up, what a stupid thing to do, n the guy wasn’t interested when I spoke to him!!

Very disappointing. We recommend it to friends of ours for there Anniversary. Good start, help with disabled guests, drinks order taken. Upon ordering 3 out of the 4 meals were unavailable (this was only 2pm Sunday) also told not enough ingredients for Sunday lunch. (Not sure if they do Sunday lunch or not)

This was a problem as one of the party has motor neurone disease so has problem swallowing. Staff was apologetic and made suggestions and even offered to change meal picked if it was found not suitable so that was very helpful.

Waited an hour for food, it wasn’t even busy! When food came it was wrong. Was told oh sorry we didn’t have any! To which I pointed out it would have been nice to have been told, rather than just give me replacement stuff hoping I wouldn’t notice.

Meal finished, no attempt to clear table! Had to ask staff to clear table and ask to order pudding. Then another wait of over half an hour for Icecream!

Staff were nice and polite, but lack training on customer service, waiting on tables and lack of leadership about sorting usual stuff out.

Food not the best quality and crap choice for mid afternoon Sunday, especially as the place was not even half full. Doubtful I’ll be back. No blame to any staff btw. Helpful in difficult situation!

Table for. 3 adults. - food ok, but poor poor service, slow, and even when asking for more tomoro sauce, the waiter then serves other tables as my daughter waited for the sauce to be brought to our table so she could continue eating her chips-

Waiter and staff pleaseant enough, but just too slow, and it wasn't even that busy, I'd suggest a quarter full - took 15 mins between getting seated then to get asked for drinks, then another 15 to be served them - at least it was clean and had pleasant surroundings

First time we have had to complain...we ordered steaks and twice they come back to tell us there was none after going away for long periods of time. This didnt bother us too much but when our meal did arrive the triple cooked chips were barely cooked chips at all(plain oven chips aswell wernt triple to begin with which they tried to hide)one steak was half fat. The bill arrived charging us full price for our whole meal...after saying to the girl half through the service we were not happy.!
