Beefeater Stirling City Centre

Absolutely perfect, I'm a Coeliac and at this place I know I can eat without any issues because they are well trained here. And even if the staff it's not sure they have a big bible ☺️ which they check if everything is fine for customers. Well done.

Not impressed at all, mediocre food served by clearly uninterested staff. There's better places to eat for the same prices.

Not a bad breakfast. Staff were good. Very convenient for the premier inn.

Great place for a short stop and some grub, Only fault tea too cold. The food was great.

Service = poor
Greeted by guy in pressed suit. (Was a bit much) Taken to stained seating and a table that had only been wiped around the tableware. Put down activity sheets and sticker books for kids. NO crayons and no stickers available. So... now we have two very disgruntled offspring begging for a drawing implement.
Guy in the suit left without taking drinks order. Never seen anyone else for a good 15-20minutues. Eventually caught someone elses attention, ordered drinks and had to tell our waiter we were ready to order.

Family of 4 are now getting 'Hangry'.

FOOD = Poor
Nothing like it used to be. Peppercorn sauce defo like a gravy. Was yukky. Rump was overcooked to the point I had to spit it out, Three times! The chef also liked to watch customers from the kitchen... I made eye contact with him at least twice. Hoping now that he seen me regect his attempts at wooing me with his meat as a spat it out.
The other halfs risotto "Wizni quite right" compared to previous visits.

Won't be back In a hurry. This place used to be out go to place for a quick quality dinner as well. So much so we even had Xmas dinner there last year! Awfy disappointed now.

fantastic place to be friendly staff winderfull food with a great atmosphere. i have travelled 430 mile and i feel welcome. :-)

Place looks nice cossy clean table spread out nicely so no to crowded. Kitchen ws open so you could watch chefs cooking. Food was good standard but taken ages to get service i think they didn't have enough staff on to cope with demand. We were waiting on meal there was queue building at door waiting on seats. Car park was descent size.

Service and food was great.
