Friendly, relaxing atmosphere. Pleasant helpful staff. Wide variety of good food, reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Very poor handling of customer relations by the manager when food quality was not acceptable. Really disappointing visit this evening. I don't plan to return.

Whilst the food was good, we had a 40 min wait before it arrived. Not enough staff to deal with the number of people. 40% offers off main courses brings more people in - they need to be able to cater with the additional numbers.

Last night me and my fiancee went to the beefeater for something to eat, I had the prawns to start and she had the chicken wings, both were ok at best. We waited quite a while for the main courses to come, we got a burger and a steak for main. My steak was nice however everything else was just bad overpriced pub food, the burger was very chewy and the drinks were very expensive. While we were there we seen at least 5 people complain about how long they were waiting or the quality of the food. When I asked for the bill they charged us around £20 too much (which I didn't realise untill after I paid the bill). They did refund the £20 back on to my card but only after a few stern words to the management team. They charged us £11.40 for 2 pints of Pepsi and never took the 40% the main courses off as i had given them vouchers. The bar was also very expensive, definitely won't be back hear for something to eat again! Bad service! Bad food! Overpriced!

Went in on Saturday night place was really busy. Was a small wait for a table but staff very friendly and helpful. Steaks cooked perfectly. We will be back to try some of the other dishes on the menu. plus free refill chips what a winner

Worse place ever for customer service. Meals nothing like what is pictured on the menu. Should you wish to suggest there was a mistake made whilst ordering ... be ready for staff to try blaming the customer!!!!!! After waiting quite a long time for meal we were presented with wrong order. Sent back by unhelpful manageress only to arrive again ... same plate chips and steak ..having added the missing items...half tomato a mushroom a barely visible lambs limp lettuce..and having remove the peas which were on the plate to start with.... great value at only £15.99. Disgraceful response from manageress. Been eating here for years on almost monthly basis!!!!
