Begg Shoes Description
Begg Shoes and Bags Lerwick, Shetland Isles is a family run independent shoe shop established in 1886. Situated on Commercial Street at the heart of Lerwick Town Centre there is ample parking at nearby Victoria Pier, and an excellent public bus service providing easy travel options into town from the surrounding areas. The Lerwick shop has a really interesting history as the building itself is a listed building (Grand Hotel 1887) as was designed by the same architect (William Hamilton Beattie) who also designed Jenner's & the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh. The shop was previously an independent shoe shop before the DE took it over and then eventually Begg Shoes. We are open 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5 pm for your convenience and with an online website to back up in-store stock the range of styles and sizes available are endless. A free click and collect service from the on-line shop is available either to the shop or for a small postage charge direct to your home address.

Begg Shoes and Bags Lerwick caters for all ages and all genders. Gents can take their pick from quality leading brands which include Ecco shoes, Padders, Hi-Tec shoes, Bugatti and a wide range of Gore-Tex products. We stock a large variety of kids Clarks shoes, boots, trainers, and first shoes all in full and half sizes and a range of width fittings.
Begg Shoes and Bags Lerwick, is a family run shoe shop, committed to the healthy growth and well being of your children's feet. We are a member of the 'Children's Foot Health Register' and a member of the 'Society of Shoe Fitters'. There are always trained fitters and qualified fitters on hand to measure and fit your children's feet.
