Beinglas Farm Campsite

Excellent campsite with good facilities, including clean showers, toilets, a pub and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the area where we pitched our tent was rocky underneath the grass, we bent one stake. Overall, I would definitely advice this place.
We stayed in one of the hobbit houses here and it was OK. The restaurant on the site has really nice food but quite expensive for the area although I understand the remoteness might make it hard to get supplies. They have really good venison stew and the burgers are also great. It's quite cheap for teas and coffee, you get a big pot of tea for £1.5
Cute cabins, and certainly best location in the village. The water pressure in the showers was low. The pub has surprisingly good food. On site coin operated washers and dryers.
Great facilities, clean toilets and showers pub and small shop on site. Good food fish and chips was amazing after 17 miles of walking. They also have iron brew on tap
I used the camp site. Nice people. Kitchen for the campers and clean facilities. Good shop and a restaurant. The live-music at night was a bit loud, but its nice for some people.
Brilliant campsite. Very friendly pub and amazing staff. Would definitely visit again, in fact, planning another biking tour and this campsite is in the plan. Location is lovely, cant speak for the available cabins as i was camping but they look very nice and comfortable. Service is first class. Highly recommend over the drovers which is just across the road.
This was a really good campsite! Really nice camping area with plenty of space so you aren't near other tents. It's also nice and dark with no random bright lights that seem to be on so many sites! So you can see the stars and get a good sleep. The facilities on site are good too- everything you need, including a well stocked shop that does cash back (handy for the area as I don't think there ATMs for miles!). I'd give it a five but the showers were luke warm and a bit weak, and the hairdryer took two goes to dry my hair at 50p a time. The tumble dryer is only for 20 mins too, which isn't really long enough. Small issues though, and overall very good.
Never knew it was there and ive been driving along this road for so long lovely staff great food cant wait to go back again x
