I was looking to get my wedding rings replated and didn't want to have to leave them in a shop for two weeks. Darren very kindly did my rings same day and I am so pleased. I absolutely cannot recommend Bejouled enough! I was lucky enough to choose my own engagement ring but had no idea what I wanted. I knew nothing about diamonds and was really quite nervous about the appointment. Darren put me at ease instantly, was soooooooo patient when I changed my mind about 6 times (the man has the patience of a saint, honestly!). He gave me honest advice and put zero pressure on me to make any decisions or even to make a purchase. In fact, once I finally decided what I wanted Darren made me wait a few days before he began making the ring to make sure I was certain it was the one. I had complete control over the design and was involved in every aspect of it's creation. I picked up my ring today and I am in LOVE with it. My partner and I will definitely be back for Darren to create our wedding bands. I would encourage anyone who's thinking about creating a bespoke piece of jewellery to book an appointment with Darren. Have I mentioned that I LOVE the ring???

Absolutely first class service from Darren, whom I highly recommend. He took a mould of my wife's engagement ring to make a wedding band & it was stunning! He also made my ring, unfortunately just before the wedding I found out that it didn't fit properly anymore. Now this is where Darren truly excelled & went above & beyond customer service where he happily made me new ring at no additional cost. Also providing me with a temporary 'emergency' ring for my wedding & honeymoon. Darren truly looks out for his customers & provides a first class service. If you want the best customer service, after care & quality jewellery....he's your guy. Top class!

Absolutely over the moon with my Bejouled engagement ring, it's just stunning! My fiancé was able to design it completely unique to me and couldn't believe how easy the process was! Can't wait to return for my wedding bands, thank you so much again Darren!
