This is a beautiful bridal shop with excellent customer service and I seriously mean, excellent service. My daughter had been to multiple lovely bridal shops in Glasgow trying to find her wedding dress. After lots of soul-searching for her dress, she found Amilou in Stirling stocked the dress she wanted along with only one other store in Glasgow. All of the shops were helpful, but Doreen from Amilou went that extra mile with her personal calming touch, she was so very patient and understanding of a nervous bride to be, no pressure to buy, gave us time to think and to choose the right dress. We opted to go back to order the dress from Amilou rather than ordering from Glasgow shop on our doorstep. The reason was very simple, we received exceptional customer service, my daughter felt relaxed and trusted Doreen implicitly who took the time to answer all her questions about dress sizes. Thank you to Doreen and her daughter for having such patience and excellent service from a very grateful mother of the bride, not surprised your bridal shop won 2017 Award, best customer service by far, thank you so very much.

The girls in the shop are amazing. They helped me pick out my perfect wedding dress. I didn’t know what I was looking for, they helped me try on various styles and guided me to my perfect dress! I could not thank them enough. A relaxed and pleasant experience.

Myself, my mum and two sisters visited on Saturday and had a fabulous day. The staff were absolutely great, and so very helpful. This was my first time trying on dresses and Doreen made me feel so at ease and spent so much time ensuring that I had a good variety of dresses to try on as I had no idea what I was looking for! Very fun day and will definitely be back to try on some more dresses � thank you!! xxx

My mum and I had an appointment today and from the moment we stepped in Doreen made our morning very special. Doreen listened to not only what I wanted but what I didn’t and made me feel very comfortable. The attention to detail and one to one treatment we got made the experience one I won’t forget. If your looking for your dress then shop here, to be honest I believe it to be the best place in Scotland. This is family run and the service is amazing, the only place i felt at ease with the whole process of dress shopping. Doreen and her daughters are fab, we both found our dream dresses and all of our accessories here. Going to miss going in!

I would recommend Amilou Bridal to every future bride. I chose my Sincerity dress from the designers website and then searched for stockists anywhere in Scotland. During my first visit to Amilou I was made to feel very welcome and special - you are the only bride to be in the shop so the one on one service is excellent. Amilou had just taken delivery of my favourite dress and I was the the first person to try it on. I tried on my chosen dress first and but also a number of others just to compare...they have so many beautiful dresses. I had made appointments at other bridal stores but I can honestly say that they did not come close to matching the service at Amilou. I was also allowed to take photos of me wearing my favourite dress, something other bridal stores did not allow. I went back again to try on my favourite dress and also to look at bridesmaid dresses. Again, we received great service from Erin. I bought my dress, my bridesmaid dress, my veil and a tiara from Amilou and I was over the moon with everything. Both Doreen and Erin were always available to answer questions and respond very quickly to emails etc. When we decided to pull our wedding forward by nearly 5 months they managed to get my dresses delivered and altered with time to spare. I can't thank both Doreen and Erin enough for all of their help - you were amazing Ladies xx

I visited this shop on Wednesday night with my best friend, Mum, Mum-in-law to be & Gran. We appreciate so much the shop being kept open late just for us!!

Overall, we had the best, relaxed and welcomed experience out of all the bridal shops we had been to for dress appointments! Doreen and her lovely daughter Erin just went beyond and above to guide and advise me when trying on a few styles, and one I would never dream of trying which leaded me to finding ‘the one’! They made the overall experience one to remember for sure, and again we can’t thank you enough for everything you did for me and the way made us all feel the whole time. So happy I’ve found my dream dress! Would/will recommend you guys to anyone! Looking forward to coming through again X

I visited the store on Saturday with my mum and although I didn’t find ‘the dress’ here at amilou bridal the service was fantastic. �Lauren made me feel at ease when trying on the dresses and I didn’t feel overwhelmed at all (which I have been in other stores). Erin was great too and gave me some useful hints and tips (dress and other related) wedding day stuff. They ensured I felt as amazing as I looked which they complimented me on several times which made me feel like a total princess � ( and trust me this was massive brownie points for a new Mum) �Even though I decided the style of dresses I had on wasn’t for me they didn’t just cut me off and shoo me out the shop because I wasn’t buying from them they also discussed designers who’s dresses I might like, the little flower girl dress they had in store was beautiful and they gave me more information on that and helped me realise that the dress is a big part of the day and if I’m not 100% that’s okay because there will be a dress out there that’s the one for me! I visited Amilou after seeing a dress advertised on their page shortly after I got engaged. I tried on maybe 5 dresses but fell in love with the dress I had seen many months before. Doreen and Erin were fantastic, I ended up getting my dress and two bridesmaid dresses here. They were fantastic at keeping me updated on the progress of my dress, scheduling fittings around about my bridesmaid who lives in Wales, and generally just keeping my calm - even when at my last fitting the hook and eye popped off my dress, Doreen just sewed it back on! I ordered my 4 bridesmaids dresses here. It was a great experience from start to finish. I was getting a bit stressed on the lead up to the appointment but Doreen is so helpful and sorted everything out for my girls. We picked the dresses up on Sunday and they are absolutely gorgeous.

I had my first bridal appointment at amilou last weekend and the experience was everything I wanted it to be!

Doreen was great, really listening to what I had in mind and suggesting styles I hadn’t considered.

Even though I didn’t find the one, Doreen wrote me a list of what we had found out about my tastes for me to take to the next appointment she even suggested some other shops that stocked designers I might like.

A+ customer service, I recommend everyone give amilou a chance!

I got my dress from amilou over a year and I couldn't wait to wear it for my wedding which was the 6th May. Doreen kindly helped me choose my dress and made sure I tried on something different and I'm so glad she did as it was the dress I got. My dress was the most amazing dress I had ever seen and I really felt like a princess in it! Thank you so much amilou for all the help you have given me and answering all my questions. Most importantly thank you for making sure I got my dream dress. Amilou is the number one bridal shop!

I can’t rate Doreen and Erin enough! I was so nervous as it was my first time in a bridal store and was looking for my wedding dress, they took the time to pick out a range of dresses to suit me and my taste and after only the 2nd dress I found my dream dress! They both made me and my wedding party feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from my dress, the veil and my tiara, I can honestly say I felt absolutely amazing on my wedding day and I am just sad it’s over although I will gladly wear my dress around the house with pride even if it’s just to do the dishes! Highly recommend Amilou Bridal! Amazing experience from start to finish! Although I found my dress after only trying one on before they still encouraged me to go to my other appointments in case I fell in love even more with a different dress. However I couldn't stop thinking about the one I had tried there so I did go back the next day and order it! Amazing customer service and they really know their stuff!

Had the most wonderful day at Amilou Bridal trying on dresses a few of months ago. Doreen makes you feel immediately comfortable and relaxed and was extremely accommodating as I brought 6 family members along with me. As you are the only one in the shop during the your appointment it makes you feel very special and if you are unsure which styles you should try, Doreen can talk you through different options and allows you to try as many as you like. I found my dream dress and can't wait to return for my next fitting!

Amazing amazing . All brides-to-be need to visit this shop. Friendly professional service. Cant rate it highly enough . No pressure to buy. Doreen even ecouraged my daughter (bride) to visit her other bridal appointments n try other dresses on. Needless to say my daughter called back to Amilou the very next day to buy her gorgeous dress once trying it all on again. If i cld rate this shop higher i deffinately would. BRILLIANT.��
