Never got the hair cut I wanted never going there again boooo

My sister and I were both booked in to have our make up done. First of all my sister got her hair curled which had to be redone after she got her make up done as the curls had fallen out. She asked for a natural look on getting her make up done the girl applied foundation and eyeshadow and that was it no highlighter no bronzer no eyeliner no blusher nothing my sister had to even ask for mascara I know she said natural but come on? She also asked for a smokey eye which the girl applied black and white not even with a smokey effect just black at one side and white on the other basically this make up did not look professional at all! My sister had to go home and re do her own make up which was did better than this supposedly professional beautician she also had to wash and restyle her own hair as the curls fell out once again. Salon was contacted for a refund which was refused they offered to do it again instead after such a poor job there was no way they were getting the chance to do it again. So keep your money and do it yourself would not step foot back in the place!! After seeing my sisters there was no way they were doing my make up!

Daughter went for hair lightened and roots. Came out with hair completely wrong colour and darker than when she went in. Had to go else where for it to be corrected. Certainly wont be back. No wonder its quiet!!

I was in Bella Mani for the first time on Friday to get my hair coloured and cut. It was done by Jessica who done a brilliant job and I will use them again.

Went for a cut a blow dry on Friday felt like the woman was trying to scalp me with her comb was very rough she cut a small side fringe which I didn't ask for I did ask that the ends of my hair be cut quite choppy clearly she wasn't listening won't be going back

I love it I went to it for a party and It Wass so fun we got our hear,nails and makeup done

Absolutely disgusting. Had to sit and listen to a member of staff talk about her trip to the GP and her bowel problems. No decent conversation from the person who was carrying out my treatment, she then left me to have her hair washed without saying a thing. I had to have my treatment finished by someone else. No respect for customers. Immature and disrespectful. I certainly won't be spending another penny in there. Utterly rude.

Not great, put semi permanent lashes on me that lasted about half an hour after I left the shop. Was refused a refund or to have any them fixed.

wasn't too happy that the girl rushed me and felt like she was wanting rid of me as soon as possible! didn't cut my hair the way i wanted it and had to go home and redo it! the girls attitude was nice enough but was not the nicest atmosphere.

Over a month of healing and discomfort along with a trip to the doctors to sort out my poorly waxed intimate area. This was due to hair being stretched and snapped as opposed to being removed. Also got my eyebrows waxed and the girl managed to get wax stuck to my delicate eye area. Never again will I set foot in this place. Motherwell store.

Worst hair cut I have ever had, didn't like the girls attitude very sullen,she didn't even blow the hair off of me,my hair was worse when I came out than when I went in,cant do a thing with it can't wait till it grows out,and I can get some one to fix it,I will never go there again😢
