Kids classes off this week Monday 14th October and Wednesday 16th October for the School holidays back on Monday 21st October. Overs class on as usual 6:30 to 8:00pm.

Bellahouston's Glen Martin last night after losing a split decision contest on the Bannockburn BC show. Credit to both boxers for a crowd pleasing bout, and especially for Glen, who took the contest at 2 days notice.

Danny Lyness scored a 1st round stoppage win yesterday at the Greenock show.

Monday overs class. Remember or overs class starts again tonight at 6:30 for the new season. Get yourself down and get back in the grove. Children's classes start again next week.

Summer Wednesdays Training on again tonight. 6:30 to 8:00pm. Time to get back in the groove and get some work done.

Wednesday evening summer training session starts again tonight. 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Aged 8 to 80 boys and girls.

IMPORTANT! Summer Wednesday training sessions. Please note that due to poor attendance wednesday training will stop until Wednesday 31st July. When we resume on Wednesday 31st there will only be one sessions from 6:30pm to 8:00pm for all age groups.

Summer Times Normally we would close down completely for the summer, however this year will remain open on Wednesdays only with both kids and overs sessions whilst there is demand. If there aren't enough people attending then I'm afraid we will have to revert to normal. Monday classes are now off and will resume with overs only on Monday Aug 12th and both Kids and overs on Monday 19th August. Thursday class is now off and it looks like we won't be starting this class again in the new season. We will make a decision on this and post on here at the start of August.

IMPORTANT! Spring break holidays As the spring break holidays are about to start there will be no kids classes (5:45 - 6:30) for the next 2 weeks. These will resume on Monday 15th April. Also as there is a game on at Ibrox on Wednesday 3rd April there will be no classes. Monday and Thursday adult classes will be unaffected.
